Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service provided by 399bet8 — including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, promotional offers, and customer support — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 399bet8 platform and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of 399bet8 following the publication of any updated version of these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions form the entire agreement between you (the user) and 399bet8. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein. 399bet8 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered users will be notified by email to the address on file. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of 399bet8 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 399bet8 does not permit access to any person under the age of 18, regardless of any local laws that may set a different minimum age for gambling activities.
• You must be registering as an individual and for your own personal, non-commercial use. Corporate accounts, agency accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

399bet8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in temporary suspension of the account pending verification.

Account Registration & Verification

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and a valid mobile number.

Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Account Security

Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and responsible gaming practices, 399bet8 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). • KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal exceeding ৳5,000 is processed.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though 399bet8 reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming controls.
• Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your 399bet8 account within 5 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment methods — accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• 399bet8 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method supporting withdrawals. In cases where the deposit method does not support withdrawals, 399bet8 will contact the account holder to agree on an alternative method.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of KYC verification being confirmed. Processing times thereafter depend on the payment provider: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) typically complete within 1–4 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• 399bet8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing timeline. Users will be notified if additional documentation is required.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

399bet8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is presented.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page or in the offer notification you receive.

Bonus Abuse

Detection of any of the above will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Malfunction Policy

Any apparent winnings generated as a result of a clear technical error or malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of 399bet8, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account and agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

The Following Conduct is Strictly Prohibited

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tool to interact with any game or betting market on 399bet8.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of any game, sports event, or betting market available on the platform.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the 399bet8 platform, including its software, servers, or databases.
• Using VPN services or proxy servers to circumvent geographical restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the 399bet8 payment infrastructure.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account for purposes of bonus abuse or circumventing account restrictions.
• Posting or transmitting any harmful, defamatory, abusive, or illegal content through any communication channel on the 399bet8 platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access any account other than your own registered 399bet8 account.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your 399bet8 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@399bet8. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will confirm the request within 24 hours and process the closure within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Suspension by 399bet8

399bet8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Underage gambling or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.
• Participation in bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if it falls below this amount), applied until the account is either reactivated by the user or the balance reaches zero.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from 399bet8 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period through the Account Settings panel or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion are available.
